Halloween is just around the corner and me and my friend Francesca Startari are having so much fun experimenting with makeup. I’m not the super brave type when it comes to horror films. Usually I’m that one friends that suggests watching something like Nightmare before christmas, instead of crazy scary and dark movies. Although, when it comes to dress up and make up, I like to have fun and be scary. If you don’t like scary costumes, but you still want to play dress up for halloween, me and Francesca did a zebra halloween makeup tutorial that you can find here. But this time we wanted to go all out and do something creepy and scary. So we came up with the Crazy clown makeup tutorial! This tutorial is quite easy to do. It only takes a little bit of practice.

For this look you’ll need:

  • dark bown eyeshadow ( I’ve used the Semi – Sweet of the Chocolate bar by Two Faced)
  • Lighter brown eyeshadows ( Salted Caramel and Hazelnut by Two Faced)
  • Black eyeshadow
  • Gold pigments ( Mac Old Gold)
  • Black eyeliner ( Wycon InkLiner)
  • Mascara ( any mascara you prefer)
  • Fake lashes
  • White foundation ( you can find it in any halloween store)
  • Setting powder
  • Bronzer (better if cold toned)
  • Highliter ( Mac Soft and Gentle)
  • Black lipstick

Method:

  1. Gently apply the dark brown eyeshadow all over your lid
  2. Using the lighter bowns blend the colours in the crease
  3. Apply a little bit of black shadow in the crease and blend
  4. Using a flat brush apply the gold pigments on the lid
  5. With a pencil brush define the crease using the lighter browns and the black
  6. Apply eyeliner and using a black pencil line the water line
  7. Put on some fake lashes and apply mascara
  8. Apply white foundation all over your face
  9. Using a black eyeliner or face paint start creating your lines starting from your eyebrows working your way up to your forehead
  10. Do the same thing with the bottom half of your face
  11. Apply black lipstic and with a tiny brush elongate the angles of your lips toward your chicks
