Like I promised I’m back with a new blog post, but this time it is a food related one (like many others). You guys probably know by now that I love baking. Not only because it’s a super fun thing to do ( at least I have fun..) but also because when you’e done you get to eat some pretty delicious things, most of the times. So since yesterday was the Pancake day, I thought I would share with you guys my super healthy pancake recipe. These pancakes are delicious and the best part is that they are made of only 4 ingredients (all healthy ones).
Put in a blender the egg whites, oats, banana and vanilla extraxt. Mix until well blended. Place a pan on medium heat and scoop some of the pancake butter in the pan. Let cook until golden – brown and turn on the other side. When ready, serve with white yogurth and fruit at your choice.
I always serve these pancakes with yogurt, blueberries, raspberries, bananas and some granola for some added cruncyness.
