I have never really been a fitness person. I always tried to get myself to go to the gym, but after one or two weeks I would always get really bored and stopped going. I was the girl in school that would be more than happy to sit on the bench while everyone else was running around, playing volleyball or doing push ups.
Things definetly changed for me when I went to the university. There was something about living in a different city, meeting new people and being independent that made me want to start living a healthier and happier life. I started to go running with my dad 2 o 3 times a week, for 20-25 minutes. And now I am proud to say that I can run for more than 50 minutes, almost 4 times a week 🙂
I enjoy running a lot. Everytime I need to unwind or to shake things off, running always makes me feel a lot better.
So, I thought that I would share with you my workout/running gear that I recently bougth to improve my fitness level!
Sports bra are absolutely a must for me whenever I’m working out. I feel like every woman should have at least one in her fitness wardrobe. I got the grey one at h&m and the black one is by decathlon.
Also I got new leggins and a top both by bershka. I really like the leggins because they are made in a really nice and stretchy material, and they also have a fun colorful zip on the back.
And of course I needed to get a new hoodie cause the weather is not that great here in Italy.
Last but not least music is crucial to me. Thats why I always take with me my Ipod and my headphones.
